What happens on a visit

You don't need to be home. Just leave the gate unlocked and the dogs inside, or tell us they're friendly.

  1. We let ourselves in

Same day each week, so you always know when to expect us.

  2. We walk the yard in rows

Back to front, fence line to fence line, so nothing hides in the tall grass or pine straw.

  3. We bag it and take it away

Nothing goes in your trash can. It leaves with us.

  4. We latch the gate and text you

You get a photo of the closed gate so you know the dogs are safe.

Even the spots you forgot about

  • Side yards, dog runs and along the fence
  • Pine straw and mulch beds
  • Patios and pavers, if you ask
  • Tools cleaned between yards, so nothing travels from one yard to the next

Questions people ask

Something else on your mind? Call (919) 555-0187.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers are at work when we come. Leave the gate unlocked, and we'll text you a photo of it latched when we leave.

What if my dogs are in the yard?

Friendly dogs are fine, and most of them enjoy the company. If your dog is nervous with strangers, keep them inside on your service day and we'll work around it.

Where does the waste go?

It's bagged and taken away with us. Nothing goes in your trash can, so you won't get a smelly bin on a hot Raleigh day.

What about rain?

We scoop in light rain. If storms are heavy enough to make it unsafe, we move your visit to the next day and text you.

Can I switch plans or pause?

Yes. Go from weekly to every other week, or pause while you're on vacation. Just let us know before your next visit.

Is there a contract?

No. Service continues until you tell us to stop.
